- Day of Installation: Bright and early, typically around 7-8 am, our crew arrives on-site accompanied by a Job Site Supervisor, Tim. To protect the property, we employ a “Catch-All” system, safeguarding siding, windows, decks, and landscaping from debris. After, we begin the process of removing the old roof components and installing the new system. This includes inspecting the deck for any rotten wood, using synthetic underlayment for added durability, and ensuring proper installation of shingles with a 6 nail pattern for increased wind resistance.
- Quality Check and Customer Satisfaction: As the project nears completion, a final walkaround is conducted to ensure all standards are met. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and our team takes the time to address any concerns and ensure the homeowner is happy with the outcome.
