FAQs
What types of roofing services do you offer?
We provide full-service roofing for homeowners, including roof inspections, roof repairs, full roof replacements, and storm damage restoration. Whether you’re dealing with a few missing shingles or a roof that’s reached the end of its life, our team is here to help.
What Areas Does Beemer Kangaroof® Serve?
At Beemer Kangaroof®, we proudly serve homeowners across Upstate South Carolina with trusted roofing solutions. From repairs and replacements to storm damage restoration, our team is here to protect homes in communities both large and small throughout the region.
Our primary service areas include Greenville, Spartanburg, Greer, Anderson, and Simpsonville. We also work with homeowners in nearby towns such as Easley, Taylors, Travelers Rest, Mauldin, Fountain Inn, and other Upstate communities.
How do I know if I need a roof repair or a full replacement?
The best way to know is to schedule a free roof inspection. Often, small issues like a leak or a few damaged shingles can be repaired. But if your roof is older, has widespread damage, or has been hit hard by a storm, a replacement may be the smarter long-term investment. We’ll walk you through your options so you can make the best decision for your home.
Do you work with both residential and commercial roofing?
Yes! While most of our projects are residential roofing, we also work with property managers and small businesses on commercial roofing systems.
How long does a roof replacement usually take?
Most roof replacements take 1-3 days, depending on the size of your home and the type of roofing material. We work efficiently while making sure everything is done to the highest standard.
Do you offer free inspections or estimates?
Yes, we provide free roof inspections and estimates so you can understand your roof’s condition and the cost of repairs or replacement before making any decisions.
Do you work with insurance claims for storm damage?
Absolutely. We’ll guide you through the roof insurance claim process, meet with your adjuster if needed, and make sure you get the coverage you’re entitled to.
How often should my roof be inspected?
We recommend having your roof inspected once a year and after any major storm. Catching small issues early can save you from costly repairs down the road.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes. We know a new roof can be a big investment, so we offer financing plans to make it more affordable.
What types of commercial roofs do you service?
Commercial Roofing, Inc. repairs, restores, coats, and replaces TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, built-up (BUR), and commercial metal roofs. We also handle architectural sheet metal, copper, and specialty fabrications.
Do I need a repair, a coating, or a full replacement?
We start with an on-site evaluation and photos. When feasible, we repair first; if the roof is structurally sound and mostly dry, a coating often delivers the best value; if there’s widespread failure or saturated insulation, we’ll recommend replacement and explain why.
How fast can you respond to emergencies?
Our line is answered 24/7. An AI call agent captures details and alerts our team immediately; we triage by phone and schedule dispatch ASAP based on safety, weather, and crew availability.
Do you offer free evaluations?
Yes—free roof evaluations with photo documentation and a clear recommendation (repair, coat, or replace).
Will you service or maintain roofs you didn’t install?
Yes. Our maintenance plans are available no matter who installed the roof or how old it is.
Do roof coatings really save money?
Often, yes. Coatings are typically 50–70% less than replacement and can add 10–15 years of service life while improving energy performance.
How do you decide if my roof is a coating candidate?
We check structure and moisture using thermal scans (and core cuts if needed). If the membrane and seams are sound and insulation is dry, coating is usually a strong option.
What types of roofing materials do you install?
We install asphalt shingles, metal roofing, and specialty materials depending on your home’s style and your budget. We’ll help you choose the best option for durability, curb appeal, and energy efficiency.
How long does each type of roof typically last?
Asphalt shingles: 20-30 years
Metal roofing: 40-70 years
Tile or specialty roofs: 50+ years
Of course, local weather conditions and regular maintenance can affect lifespan. That’s why regular inspections are key to getting the most out of your roof.
Can I choose a roof color and style to match my home?
Definitely! We’ll show you a variety of color and style options so you can find the perfect look to complement your home’s exterior.
Will my yard or landscaping be protected during the roofing process?
Yes. We use protective tarps, cleanup equipment, and a thorough final walkthrough to make sure your yard, landscaping, and driveway are left just as we found them - only with a brand-new roof overhead.
How much does a new roof cost?
The cost depends on the size of your roof, the material you choose, and the scope of work. After our inspection, we’ll give you a clear, written estimate so there are no surprises.
What maintenance do you recommend after installation?
Regular maintenance includes keeping gutters clear, trimming overhanging branches, and checking your attic for signs of leaks. Don’t worry - we’ll walk you through everything you need to know after your roof is installed.
For ongoing protection, we recommend joining our Overhead Care Club®. As a member, you’ll receive:
Yearly roof inspections of the 17 most critical components, including attic checks and photos so you can see exactly what we see.

What kind of warranty comes with a new roof?
We stand behind our work with both manufacturer warranties on materials and our own workmanship warranty. You’ll have peace of mind knowing your roof is covered.
What warranties do you offer?
Coatings: manufacturer warranties up to 20 years (site and system dependent). Replacements: 20–30+ years depending on system. Repairs: warranty is limited to the repair scope.
Can you work while our building is occupied?
Yes. We plan around tenant operations, coordinate access, and can schedule off-hours to reduce disruption.
Do you handle permits and insurance claims?
We handle required permits and provide documentation (photos, reports) to support your insurance process when applicable.
Are you licensed, insured, and safety-focused?
Yes—fully licensed and insured with OSHA-compliant job sites and manufacturer-certified crews.
What’s included in your maintenance plans?
Scheduled inspections (semi-annual/quarterly), thermal moisture scans, drain and gutter cleaning, sealant refresh at flashings/boots, minor touch-ups, full photo reports, budget forecasting, priority response, and discounts on larger work.
How do you price projects?
Transparent, line-item proposals with photos. We’re competitive, but we don’t cut corners to win on price—if doing it right costs more, we do what’s right so the roof performs.
What areas do you serve?
Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, and across the Upstate of South Carolina.
Do you have experience with schools and multi-site portfolios?
Yes. We work with schools, facility managers, and property groups, including multi-building maintenance and capital planning. We can provide W-9/COI and onboarding documents upon request.
